Church Administrator

Grew up:  I grew up in Sultan, WA.  I had an amazing childhood with aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents all living in Sultan as well. We celebrated all the holidays and birthdays together. We had a carefree life of "be back when the street lights come on." I went to school from pre-school to graduation with the same kids and I am still friends with many of them today. I met my husband while working at Stevens Pass Ski area and we were married in March of 1996. We have two wonderful children, Brady and Rachael, who have brought so much joy to our lives.

Fun:  My favorite activity is to spend time with family and friends doing anything. I love camping, hiking, skiing and working hard.

Music:  I love to listen to worship music on the radio or even in person. Many songs bring back parts of my life that I love to reminisce about.

Favorite Places to Visit:  I love to go anywhere on a whim or planned out, too. Road trips are my favorite because the trip there and back is part of it. So much to see and do!

Secret Indulgence: If I tell you then it will no longer be a secret. 😊

Secret Talent:  I am great skier!

Ministry Experience:  I started many years ago as an Awana leader that just listened to kids say their verses, then a Sunday school "teacher" for the toddler class, then as my kids grew I grew in my teaching. I am now the children's ministry director here at Calvary Everett and teach a multi-age class of elementary age children. A couple of years ago I felt a tugging from God to lead the women’s ministry… at first I resisted and prayed. God revealed that this was the next step for me. I have answered his call to lead the women and he has guided me through two years so far. As the Lord leads I will continue to grow and lead.

Persons of influence:  My parents first and foremost raised me with the foundation of a Christian home and I am so thankful for that. As a young adult I had a couple of ladies pour into my spiritual growth. They invited me to Bible Study Fellowship where I found a deeper relationship with God. After a brief time in my studies, I began my personal walk with God and have been seeking him ever since. I have been to many churches in my life but it was not until I started attending and serving at Calvary Everett that I felt at home. As a body of believers going through life together, I would say the body of Christ here has influenced my walk. Pastor Billy’s leadership has allowed me to use my talents that God has gifted me with to grow and serve here.
